Goddess Glow Loc Studio is a luxury loc care brand specializing in healthy loc maintenance and handcrafted products designed to support every stage of the loc journey. Each appointment is intentional, unhurried, and focused on preserving the health and integrity of your crown. Booking Policies ALL NEW CLIENTS MUST ATTEND A CONSULTATION! • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. • Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to keep deposit secure. Late cancellations (24hrs or less)will forfeit the deposit and be charged 50% of service. Remaining balance must be paid before another booking is scheduled •YOU MAY ONLY RESCHEDULE appointment 1 time in the same month using same deposit! • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after 15 minutes may be canceled or rescheduled. PLEASE communicate. NOTE: I also give myself the same 15min grace period and will communicate if I’m running behind. • Hair must be style free upon arrival. Unprepared hair may result in an additional fee or service refusal. *Guests* • Please NO extra guests. If your child must come, let me know in advance.
